Log in with BankID and you get 30 days free with everything included. No card needed.
After the trial you keep your access and can read your consultations. Without a subscription you can do up to three consultations a day, and the AI assistant and e-consultation still work. Test results, referrals, NAV forms and the record overview are locked.

The clinic buys seats. Each seat has an invitation code you hand out yourselves.

Why isn't the price on the website?
- Because it depends on how many of you there are and how you want to pay. Send us a message and you'll get a concrete offer quickly.
Do I need a card to try it?
- No. You log in with BankID and the trial starts by itself.
What happens when the trial ends?
- You do not lose access — you can still read your consultations, which stay in the account for 30 days after the last activity. To keep using the AI tools, pick a plan in the app or ask us for an offer.
What is the difference between clinic and single doctor?
- A clinic pays one invoice for several doctors, at a lower price per doctor. Every doctor works as before, with their own patient data.
Is support included?
- Yes. You reach us at post@medaid.no, and clinics get help with setup and with questions from IT.
