How does MedAid work?

MedAid records the consultation, transcribes it as you go, and produces a structured clinical note a few minutes after you press Finish. You review and approve everything before it goes into your record system.

Is my patient data safe?

Yes. Data is stored in Microsoft Azure in Norway. AI processing happens in Azure OpenAI in Sweden, inside the EU/EEA. Login uses BankID (substantial level), and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. No patient data is used for AI training, and audio is deleted as soon as the note is written.

Does it integrate with our EMR / journal system?

Yes, with all of them. MedAid produces text you copy into your record system, section by section if you like. Our browser extension lets you drag the text straight into the fields. There is no direct integration to install or wait for.

What does it cost?

We offer a free trial so you can experience MedAid risk-free. After that, flexible subscription plans scale with your clinic size. No long-term contracts required.
