Every appointment has its own link and code, and the request to be admitted expires after an hour.

Common questions
Does the patient have to download anything?
- No. The link opens in a normal browser, on mobile too.
What does the patient need?
- A browser, a camera and a microphone. A mobile phone is enough.
Is the call recorded?
- Only if you start recording, and the patient has confirmed consent. The audio is deleted as soon as the note is written.
What if the patient arrives early?
- They wait in the waiting room until you let them in.
