Arrive prepared
Send a questionnaire before the visit. The patient answers on their phone, with no login and no national ID number.
MedAid summarises the answers and suggests what to ask. Attach the summary to the consultation and it is taken into account when the note is written.
Billing codes without hunting
Search the Norwegian billing code while you write, right inside the consultation.
MedAid warns you if the note is missing what the code requires. You always pick the code yourself — the AI suggests none.
Works with the record system you have
MedAid is not connected to your record system. That's a plus: no integration to wait for, no IT project.
You copy the note in, section by section if you like. Our browser extension lets you drag the text straight into the fields and remember where everything goes, in any record system that runs in the browser.

How do I start?
- Log in with BankID at medaid.no. The trial starts automatically.
What does it cost?

Does the patient have to accept AI?
- Yes. You confirm that the patient has been informed and consents before each recording.
Where is the data?
- Stored in Azure in Norway. AI processing happens in Azure OpenAI in Sweden, inside the EU/EEA.
