One clinic. One invoice. Every doctor works as before.
Create the clinic, invite colleagues with a code, and pay together. Templates can be shared. Patient data, settings and workflow stay each doctor's own.

How a clinic gets started
Give it a name and pick the number of seats. Pay once for everyone.
Each seat gets a code. You give the code to the doctor yourself, any way you like.
The doctor enters the code. Done. No user administration for IT.
Codes, not user accounts
The doctor who uses the code gets the seat. No users to create, no passwords to reset.
Someone leaving? Take the seat back and give the code to a new doctor.
You only pay for the rest of the period. Removals take effect next period.
With a one-time code. Members and settings are unchanged.
What is shared, and what is each doctor's
One payment, one customer relationship, one billing portal.
Put templates in the clinic's library. Everyone can use them.
Consultations and notes belong to the doctor who made them.
Trigger phrases, referral rules, sources and billing-code choices are personal. The clinic never changes how anyone works.
For whoever runs IT
MedAid runs in the browser.
The text is copied in. No integration to approve or maintain.
No passwords to reset. No users to create.
We provide what the clinic needs for its own privacy assessment.
Journal Companion puts MedAid beside the record system and lets the doctor drag text straight into the fields. Can be rolled out centrally with Chrome and Edge policy.
Per doctor. The more doctors, the lower the price each.
A price per doctor, agreed with you
The clinic pays per seat, and the price per doctor drops the more of you there are.
Send us the number of doctors and you get a concrete offer back, usually the same day.
- One invoice for the whole clinic
- Add seats any time and pay only for the rest of the period
- Everyone gets the new, lower price as you grow
Common questions
Can doctors see each other's patients?
- No. Every doctor has their own consultations and notes. The clinic shares the invoice and templates, not patient data.
What happens if a doctor leaves?
- You take the seat back in the clinic admin and give the code to a new doctor. The one who left loses access to the clinic's subscription.
Do we need a data processing agreement?
- Yes. The clinic is the controller and MedAid is the processor. Contact post@medaid.no and we will help with the agreement and the DPIA package.
Can we try before we buy?
- Yes. Every doctor can try it free for 30 days with their own BankID before the clinic is created.
